Emily, a London born, Vermont raised, former dancer, and Mama of two, is relatively fresh to the Twin Cities! She landed in Saint Paul in March of 2023 with her husband and daughter, while her youngest daughter was in utero. One of her missions in life is to help people feel seen and understood, as they discover and develop the tools needed to feel empowered in their own bodies. She has spent the last 12 years accumulating a multitude of certifications and teaching a variety of modalities in cities such as LA and NYC, while also training individuals 1:1. The majority of her education in the world of fitness came from her time in NYC where she studied and worked under the likes of celebrity trainer, Anna Kaiser, and Taryn Toomey of The Class.
