  • Group class participants enter through the entrance along 5th Ave. Private clients enter through the Switch House main entrance on 2nd Street SE and access the private training rooms via the building lobby.

  • Yes, classes are required to be paid for at time of registration. If you do not register for class but arrive and drop-in, payment will be taken in person at the front desk. We are a cashless business and can take payments by credit card and ApplePay.

  • Pre-registration for mat pilates, yoga, gyrokinesis, and barre classes is not required, but highly recommended so ensure there is space. Registration for group reformer pilates classes is required due to the limited number of reformers (6) and small group format.

  • Our doors will be open 15 min prior to class start time. For the safety of our students and instructor, as well as an uninterrupted environment for our practice, our doors are locked while class is in session. Please arrive in time to park and get settled without feeling rushed.

  • We encourage clients to arrive within 5 min of their session and wait patiently inside the corridor for their instructor to meet them there. Private clients should enter through the 2nd Street Switch House entrance and access the studio through the main lobby.

  • Free and metered street parking is available for those who need it.

    Parking spaces along the 5th Ave side of the building are free. Meters along 2nd Street are free before 8am, after 6pm, and on the weekends. They are .50/hour otherwise.

  • Group Pilates Reformer class registrants must cancel within 4 hours of class time to avoid a $15 late cancel fee. Group Wellness class registrants must cancel within 15 minutes of class to avoid a $10 late cancel fee. We kindly request that if you cannot make your session to update your registration so we can accommodate others who may be on a waitlist. Should you not update your plans, a no show fee is $15 for group wellness classes and $20 for group reformer classes. Thank you for your understanding.

  • Class cards expire 6 months after purchase. In the case of injury, pregnancy, or travel, we can put class cards on a hold until you are able to safely practice once again.

  • If you are a paying monthly dues for unlimited classes at Sunna, you are welcome to freeze your membership for a minimum of 2 months, and by giving us a 2 week notice to process your request. We are unable to freeze for shorter durations of time.

  • While Sunna does not have group locker rooms with amenities, we do have two single stall restrooms with ADA showers.

  • While we keep our studio at a comfortable temperature for physical practice, we are not built to be a hot or humid environment as other Yoga studios may be suited for.

  • We strongly encourage bringing your own mat for practice, though we do have mats for $2 rental fee or mats for purchase.

  • We do not require masking, but if you are not feeling well, we ask for you to refrain from taking class or mask to protect yourself and those around you. Thank you for your consideration!
