  • Liz Magee, she/her

    Vinyasa Yoga

Initially, she enjoyed the physical challenges of trying new poses, developing strength and flexibility. Over time, she noticed that there were other changes. She liked how yoga always seemed to know what her body needed. If she was tired, it gave her energy. If she had to much energy, it relaxed and grounded her. This peaked her interest to dive deeper into yoga. In 2015 she did her 200 hour LifePower yoga teacher training through LifeTime Fitness. Since then she hasn’t looked back and life is full of “all things yoga.” She continues to expand her yoga knowledge and universe by attending workshops and retreats and passing this onto others. She likes the creativity yoga provides in creating classes but more than that she loves the connection it gives her to others.
