Berit Ahlgren
Berit Ahlgren began her pilates journey as a ballet student at Minnesota Dance Theater. Years later, while studying to become a physical therapist, Ahlgren pursued her STOTT Pilates certification with intentions to use the method with patients. Since finishing her full certification in the STOTT method in 2007, she has taught locally at The Sweat Shop, Lifetime Fitness, and Flourish Pilates, while also teaching in Hoboken, NJ and abroad in Stockholm, Sweden. With a background in dance and the arts, owner Berit Ahlgren approaches teaching through proper technique, alignment and body awareness for safety and longevity of the practitioner’s body.
Paige Wingate
Paige began practicing Yoga in 2009 and Pilates in 2015, and quickly fell in love with both. Mindful movement helps her stay calm and find joy in the chaos of life. She loves teaching because it allows her to facilitate that experience for others. When not teaching or practicing, you can find her playing with her dogs, hiking, camping, or curled up on the sofa with a good book and a glass of wine.
