Who is this 6-week session for?
This session is for new students and advanced practitioners of yoga. New students can expect to build a strong foundation to the basics of yoga postures while more advanced practitioners gain the time and space to focus to refresh their practice.

✺ Meet your guide ✺
Eva Mohn holds her BA in Dance Studies from the University of Minnesota and MFA in New Performative Practices from Stockholm Uniarts. Eva has worked in Minneapolis, New York, Germany, Poland, Lithuania and Sweden as a dance artist since 2002, and currently lives between Stockholm, Sweden and Minneapolis, Minnesota. Eva was a company member with Cullberg from 2012-2023. She is a practitioner of improvisation, Hatha yoga, and Vipassana meditation. Eva completed her yoga teacher training with Richard Freeman in 2009. She is a mother of two, an outdoor enthusiast and has mosts recently been working as a farm manager for a small scale organic sheep farm in Bloomington, Minnesota.
