6-WEEK SERIES
Oct. 13 - Nov. 17 | Sundays 9:30-10:45
Introduction to
Yoga Systems
with Greg Hines
In this six-week series, we will leverage insights from both modern and ancient yoga systems. Join Greg in an exploration of yoga’s practical magic.
The body is a web of relationships.
Western traditions highlight anatomical systems. Each lymph node, gland and nerve weaves together to theorize the function (or dysfunction) of your posture. Eastern traditions offer different diagrams and narratives. Your body's expression and habits reflect patterns recognizable in Great Nature.
